Service 03

Export paperwork and customs

Export eligibility, product compliance and documentation, run cleanly with an AEO-accredited broker.

Why this step

Why this step matters

Service 03 · Export paperwork and customs

Whether a product can be exported, which certifications and documents apply, and under what declaration basis — these decisions drive delivery dates, cost and compliance risk. Most cargo held at port or fined fails not on shipping day but because no one ever mapped the full chain of qualification, market, documentation and declaration.

Customs filings are the legal function of an AEO-accredited broker; Earcent does not and will not replace that. Earcent owns the judgement part of the chain: the qualifications your product category and target markets require, institutionalised document retention, and a risk checklist by product and destination port. When something goes wrong, you are told who to call and what to do first.

Real situations

Scenarios clients run into

  • Uncertain whether the product can be exported and what certifications apply
  • Documentation gaps leading to cargo being held at port, missed deadlines and penalties
  • Previous brokers that only process forms, without mapping the full chain
